One At Palm Jumeirah is a 25-storey residential complex located on the island of Palm Jumeirah. Soma Architects were responsible for the architectural design of the building. The interior design of all residences was handled by the famous Japanese company Super Potato and the British design company Elicyon. The project includes apartments and penthouses with 3-5 bedrooms, the distinctive features of which are spacious terraces, balconies with glass railings and panoramic windows overlooking the skyline of modern Dubai.
