On ١٢ June ٢٠٢٦, Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar announced one of the largest single private-developer projects in UAE history: “Dubai Estate,” an AED ٢٠٠ billion (~$٥٥ billion) master-planned community designed for around ١٥٠,٠٠٠ residents across ٤.٥ million square metres of built-up area.
