Kaya is a luxury designer project of exclusive villas by Arada Properties, which is located in the green forested Masaar community in Sharjah. The complex consists of 421 homes including townhouses and forest villas with 2-5 bedrooms. All of them are designed in accordance with the philosophical principles of the Sanskrit teachings of Vastu Shastra, uniting architecture with nature.
