Elemental Developments

Elemental Developments is a development company from the UAE, founded in 2025 by Hazza Zaal, CEO of Al Barari. In its activities, the company focuses on creating residential real estate that combines the principles of comfort, concern for well-being and interaction with the natural environment. The company's philosophy is based on well–being, which is embedded in design at an early stage and permeates all aspects of projects. Each space is designed to create balance, comfort and harmony with nature: from landscaped areas and communal lounge areas to panoramic windows filling the interiors with natural light. Communal gardens, green roofs and outdoor recreation areas are provided in residential complexes. Residents have at their disposal modern gyms, recovery rooms with sauna and steam bath, coworking spaces, cafes, children's clubs, home cinemas and swimming pools. Among the projects are Elemental 22, Elemental 78 and others. The company's construction activities are based in the UAE with plans to expand its geographical presence.
