Dubai Island is a mega development by Nakheel Properties on Dubai Islands, spanning five man-made islands — Central, Elite, Golf, Marina and Shore — each with its own concept. As pricing is released on request, payment terms for individual releases within Dubai Island are confirmed by the developer per unit and can be shared by an advisor, so registering early is the best way to see current options. Given the scale of the masterplan, phased releases mean availability and pricing evolve over time, so timing an enquiry to a specific launch is worthwhile. Buyers should also plan for the Dubai Land Department transfer fee of 4% of the purchase price, together with registration and agency costs, so the total commitment is clear before reserving a home.
