New Arete Projects in Dubai | Off Plan Prices & Plans

Arete Developments is a division of the Arete Group, officially launched in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in 2023. The company specializes in boutique residential projects, including luxury villas, townhouses and low-rise residential communities embodying elegance, innovation and sustainability. The company's name reflects the philosophy of Arete, the ancient Greek ideal of perfection in everything. For Arete Developments, this means that each project is not only real estate, but also a symbol of heritage, inspiration and quality that can stand the test of time. Urban Horizon's flagship project was the first step in creating a unique portfolio where community, lifestyle, and long-term value are the priorities. Each object is conceived as a space for living and impressions, combining timeless design, functionality and innovation. Arete Developments is based on the experience of the Arete Group, which has been operating in the UAE under the Ivy brand for more than 20 years. During this time, the group has successfully established itself as a reliable contractor that has implemented projects for leading developers, including Damac, Sobha, Laya, Ellington and Emaar.
